At WHIP&Friends, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared for your dog. As a small, growing brand, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy allows us to operate sustainably, maintain fair pricing, and continue developing high-quality products for our community.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our store are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed delivery due to courier issues
  • Sale items or promotional purchases
  • Gift cards

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at whipandfriends.dogwear@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or videos

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As we do not accept returns, the following items are also non-returnable by default:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
