Everything is made to order, by hand, in our studio in Warsaw. We don't keep stock, so each piece is cut and sewn after your order comes in — that's what lets us make it in your dog's size or to their measurements.

We need 1–3 business days to make your piece, then it's on its way. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Delivery takes about 1–2 business days in Poland and 3–5 in the rest of the EU — full details and prices are on our Shipping page.

If anything changes with the timeline, we'll let you know before you have to ask.

Jumpsuits come in standard whippet sizes — pick one from the size chart, or switch to "Measurements" on the product page and enter your dog's own. Everything else in the shop is sewn to your dog's measurements only, so you'll see three fields (neck, chest, back) instead of a size picker.

Either way, we work from what you enter, so take a minute with the tape — our Size Guide shows exactly how.

You need three measurements: neck, chest and back length. Measure on a standing dog on a flat surface, with the head level, directly on the body — not over a harness or an old jumper. Don't add extra room; every size already has enough ease built in.

Add all three measurements (and your dog's age and breed) to the order notes at checkout, and we'll adjust the pattern before we cut — no extra charge. If you'd rather check first, write to us before ordering; a quick look at the numbers usually settles it.

Yes. Italian Greyhounds have their own listings — just enter your dog's measurements there. For Greyhounds, Galgos, Podencos, puppies or other larger sighthounds, message us with the piece you'd like and your dog's measurements, and we'll make it as a custom order.

We ship to Poland, the EU, Iceland and Ukraine. Delivery starts at 9 zł in Poland and €9.99 in the EU, and it's free on orders over 300 zł / €100. All the options, prices and delivery times by country are on our Shipping page.

Yes — through our Etsy shop, where import taxes are handled as part of your order. Same clothes, same hands making them.

Standard-size jumpsuits can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind — tried on indoors, tags still on. Pieces made to your dog's measurements can't be returned for a change of mind or wrong measurements, but if there's a fault or we made a mistake, we'll fix it at our cost.

Write to us as soon as you can. Made-to-measure pieces can be cancelled free of charge until the fabric is cut; standard-size pieces at any point before the parcel arrives.

Machine wash at up to 30°C, spin at up to 800 rpm, and air-dry — no tumble dryer. Iron on low if needed. Care instructions for each piece are also on its product page.
