All items are made to order in our small workshop. We don’t keep stock available for immediate shipping.

Production time is 1–3 business days.
If the timeline changes, we will inform you in advance.

For back length:

- Your dog should stand straight on a flat surface

- The head should be held up (do not measure with the head lowered)

- Measure from between the shoulder blades to the base of the tail

- Do not include the tail in the measurement

Standard care:

Machine wash max 30°C

Spin max 800 rpm

Do not tumble dry (air-dry recommended)

All items are made to order, so we recommend ordering carefully and contacting us if you’re unsure about sizing.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or if we made an error, please contact us and we will resolve it.

If the size doesn’t fit, contact us and we will advise the best option (exchange or adjustment may be possible depending on the product and condition). Items must be clean and unworn (except for a brief indoor try-on).

At the moment, we don’t have a full size range for breeds other than Whippets.
However, we accept custom orders based on your dog’s measurements, and we are currently working on a dedicated size line for Italian Greyhounds.
